promptly, and accurately. We will not sell, trade, or rent your personally-identifiable information to third parties. Executours will only use or disclose your information (a) to respond to your requests for information, (b) to send you information that we believe may be of interest to you,
such as details about our services, news, and special offers and opportunities, (c) in Executours' internal operations, and/or (d) to make travel arrangements or to provide related services to you or on your behalf.

Executours and its officers and employees act solely as agents for Executours' suppliers assisting clients in making travel and vacation arrangements. Those suppliers include airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, rail and motor carriers, hotels, wholesalers, contractors, and others. These
suppliers, and not Executours, actually furnish the travel services for Executours' customers, including but not limited to lodging, transportation, and other arrangements. Executours and its officers and employees are not liable for or responsible for any personal injury, property damage,
loss, damage, accident, inconvenience, delay, change in itinerary or accommodations, or other acts or omissions which may occur due to: (1) acts or omissions of suppliers, their employers, or other persons not under the direct control of Executours; (2) defects or failures of equipment or
instruments under the control of suppliers; (3) delays, cancellations of flights or other arrangements, interruptions of service, overbookings by suppliers or other acts or similar causes; (4) financial insolvency or bankruptcy of suppliers or of any of their contractors or subcontractors;
(5) acts of God, weather or climate, fire, acts of governments or other authorities, war, civil disturbances, terrorism, riots, strikes, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, or quarantines; and/or (6) dangers incident to the sea, land, or air. By making arrangements through or with Executours,
the client acknowledges and accepts the foregoing disclaimers and agrees to hold Executours and its officers and employees harmless and blameless from any and all acts or omissions, including negligent acts or omissions of Executours or its officers or employees.
All travel has risks. Executours strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance, trip insurance, trip interruption insurance, and/or other trip protection programs to help protect against or minimize the risks involved in travel. Many travelers' regular insurance policies limit or
exclude coverage outside the United States. All travelers are urged to review their health, automobile, property, liability, and other insurance with their insurers or agents to confirm that proper and adequate coverage is in place in connection with any and all domestic and international
travel.
Travel outside the United States is subject to requirements to obtain visas and other restrictions and conditions. All travelers are responsible to verify that they have obtained all necessary visas, that their passports are valid and current, and that all necessary consents for travel to
or entry into foreign countries have been obtained.
